Return & Replacement Policy – Pratyam Fashion

At Pratyam Fashion, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products that celebrate authentic Indian craftsmanship. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our customers based on trust and the love for traditional fashion. In the unlikely event that a return is necessary, the following terms and conditions will apply.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please email us at pratyamfashion8234@gmail.com or call our customer care at 9825623832. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable if an incorrect or defective product has been delivered. To qualify for a refund, customers must provide proof within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Proof includes:

Unboxing Video: A clear video showing the product as it is opened.
Received Product Image: Photos highlighting any visible defects or issues from multiple angles.
Parcel Image: A picture of the parcel’s condition, including any external damage.
Shipping Label Image: A photo showing all details such as tracking numbers.

These images and videos should be sent via WhatsApp to 9825623832.

Return and Exchange Process

From the day of receiving your package, your request will be validated only after authorization from our team. Direct refunds are not provided. Products can either be exchanged or store credit will be issued.

Options for Return/Exchange

Store Credit: A coupon code equivalent to the product value, usable for future purchases on our website with no expiration date.

Exchange: Products may be exchanged for items of the same or higher value, with the customer paying any difference in price. If exchanging for a lower-value product, the remaining balance will be adjusted by us. Customers are required to courier the parcel to our address; reverse pickup services are not available.

Important Guidelines

The product must retain its original packaging and tags. Items without original tags will not be accepted. Sarees with fall and edging are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized products and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only one replacement or return is allowed per order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched. Prepaid orders may incur a cancellation charge based on the product amount.

Post-Return Process

Once your returned product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Upon successful verification, your request will be processed.

Additional Notes

Model images are for representation purposes only, and slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to lighting and photography. Accessories such as purses, jewelry, or decorations shown in product images are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the product description. Any disputes arising from this policy will fall under the jurisdiction of the Surat Court.
